Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Items

All products are made to order and require up to 28 working days for production before shipping.

Because of this, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, work may have begun on your order, and cancellations may not be possible.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

We may ask for photos of the damage to help resolve the issue quickly.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund (including postage costs).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

Change of mind.

Personalised or customised items.

Items that have been used, altered, or not returned in their original condition.
5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (if applicable).

Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges, as each item is individually handmade.
