Refund Policy

1. Made-to-Order Items

  • All products are made to order and require up to 28 working days for production before shipping.

  • Because of this, returns are generally not accepted unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • After this period, work may have begun on your order, and cancellations may not be possible.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email].

  • We may ask for photos of the damage to help resolve the issue quickly.

  • Where a product is confirmed as faulty or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund (including postage costs).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Personalised or customised items.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or not returned in their original condition.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item (if applicable).

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer exchanges, as each item is individually handmade.
