1. Processing Time

All orders are made to order and require up to 28 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays) for production before dispatch.

During busy seasons (such as Christmas), processing times may be extended. If this happens, we will notify you.

2. Shipping Rates (UK Only)
